1. 범위와 운영자
이 약관은 개인사업자 제로투원플로우(021flow, 대표 류성태, 사업자등록번호 317-09-03418)가 운영하는 김밥 러시 소개 웹사이트와 iOS·Android 앱 게임의 이용 조건입니다. 주소와 연락처는 운영자 정보에 있습니다.
2. 현재 제공하는 게임
재료를 합치고 주문을 완성하며 가게를 꾸미고 도시를 이동하는 무료 게임입니다. 계정은 선택 사항이고, 실제 광고 네트워크, 앱 인앱 결제·구독은 없습니다. 게임은 iPhone·Android 앱에서만 제공하며 앱은 출시 준비 중입니다. 웹사이트는 소개·영상·지원 안내만 제공하고 브라우저 플레이와 새 웹 구매는 제공하지 않습니다. 코인·장식은 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다.
3. 이전 웹 구매와 지원
새 웹 코인 팩 구매는 종료했습니다. iOS·Android 앱에는 인앱 결제나 구독이 없습니다. 이전에 Xsolla 웹 결제가 있었다면 그 거래·지급·환불 기록은 보존 기간에 따라 유지하며, 웹 종료가 이미 발생한 환불·지원 권리를 없애지 않습니다. 영수증의 주문 정보와 요청 내용을 contact@021flow.com으로 보내 주세요. 결제 비밀번호나 카드번호 전체를 보내지 마세요. 기존 거래에는 거래 당시 조건과 적용 법률이 따릅니다.
4. 이용 대상
이 게임은 일반 이용자용이며 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 연령 확인 기능은 없습니다. 만 14세 미만은 보호자 동의 없이 통계 공유·로그인·구매를 이용할 수 없고, 미성년자는 구매 전에 법정대리인의 동의를 받아야 합니다. 이 약관은 미성년자의 법정 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
5. 저장과 개인정보
진행은 기기에 저장됩니다. 원하면 설정에서 Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인해 진행을 클라우드에 백업하고 다른 기기에서 이어서 할 수 있으며, 로그인하지 않아도 모든 내용을 플레이할 수 있습니다. 로그인하지 않은 상태에서 앱 저장소를 지우거나 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 진행에 접근하지 못할 수 있습니다. 두 기기의 진행이 다르면 어느 쪽을 남길지 직접 고르며, 고르지 않은 쪽은 바뀝니다. 계정은 설정의 계정 삭제로 언제든 삭제할 수 있고, 그러면 클라우드 저장도 삭제됩니다. 진행 초기화가 모든 설정·설치 ID·서버 통계를 삭제하지는 않습니다. 선택적 분석·동의 철회·삭제 요청은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요. 약관을 읽거나 게임을 실행한 사실만으로 분석 동의를 받지 않습니다.
6. 이용 범위와 권리
일반적인 개인 플레이를 허용합니다. 불법 복제·다른 이용자 정보의 부정 취득·서비스 보안을 해치는 행위는 허용하지 않습니다. 법적으로 보호되는 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며 법령상 허용 행위와 소비자 권리는 제한하지 않습니다. 모든 생성 콘텐츠에 독점 저작권이 성립한다고 주장하지 않습니다.
7. 변경과 중단
업데이트·유지보수·보안 대응으로 내용이나 제공 상태가 달라질 수 있습니다. 중요한 조건 변경·중단에는 적용 법률이 요구하는 고지·구제를 제공해야 합니다. 개정 내용과 시행일을 이 페이지에 안내하고 새 개인정보 동의가 필요한 변경은 별도로 처리합니다.
8. 법정 권리와 분쟁
법률상 배제할 수 없는 책임·소비자 권리나 고의·중대한 과실 책임을 일괄 면제하지 않습니다. 서비스·손해배상·분쟁 해결에는 적용 법률이 따릅니다. 이용자의 강행법상 보호나 관할 법원 권리를 배제하는 특정 국가 전속 조항은 두지 않습니다. 스토어와의 별도 조건이 적용될 수 있지만 특정 스토어 EULA의 적용·제출이 완료되었다고 주장하지 않습니다.

1. Scope and operator
These terms cover the Kimbap Rush marketing website and iOS/Android app game operated by Zero to One Flow (021flow), a Korean sole proprietorship (representative Sungtae Ryu, business registration no. 317-09-03418). The address and contact are in the operator section.
2. The current game
This free game merges ingredients, completes orders, decorates shops and travels between cities. Accounts are optional, and there is no real ad network, in-app purchase or subscription in the apps. The game is offered only as an iPhone/Android app; the apps are being prepared for release. The website provides information, films and support, with no browser gameplay or new web purchases. Coins and decorations cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other people.
3. Earlier web purchases and support
New web coin pack purchases have ended. The iOS/Android apps have no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any earlier Xsolla web transaction, delivery and refund records are retained for their applicable periods; ending browser gameplay does not remove existing refund or support rights. Send the order details from your receipt and your request to contact@021flow.com. Do not send payment passwords or full card numbers. Earlier transactions remain subject to their original terms and applicable law.
4. Audience
This game is for a general audience and is not primarily aimed at children. There is no age check. Children under 14 may not use statistics sharing, sign-in or purchases without guardian consent, and minors need a legal guardian's consent before buying. These terms do not limit minors' statutory rights.
5. Storage and privacy
Progress is stored on the device. If you choose, you can sign in with Google or Apple in Settings to back up progress to the cloud and continue on another device; everything can be played without signing in. Without an account, clearing app data, uninstalling the app or changing devices may make progress unavailable. When two devices have different progress you choose which to keep, and the other is replaced. You can delete the account at any time with Delete account in Settings, which also deletes the cloud save. Reset progress does not delete every setting, install ID or server statistic. See the privacy policy for optional analytics, withdrawal and deletion. Reading terms or running the game does not by itself give analytics consent.
6. Permitted use and rights
Ordinary personal play is permitted. Unlawful copying, improper access to another user's information and harming service security are not permitted. Legally protected rights belong to the operator or rightful owner; legally permitted acts and consumer rights are preserved. Exclusive copyright in every generated asset is not claimed.
7. Changes and interruptions
Updates, maintenance and security responses may change content/availability. Material changes/interruption must carry notices/remedies required by applicable law. Revisions and the effective date will be posted here; changes requiring new privacy consent are handled separately.
8. Statutory rights and disputes
Non-excludable liability/consumer rights and liability for intent/gross negligence are not broadly waived. Applicable law governs service obligations, damages and disputes. No country-exclusive clause removes mandatory local protection or rights to a competent court. Separate store conditions may apply, but selection/submission of a specific store EULA is not claimed.
